Make Decisions 4U Foundation (MD4U) is a not-for-profit 501(c)(3) educational organization that serves as a training center to provide workforce development programs that target construction, industrial, technical and vocational training.
The principal purpose of MD4U is to offer opportunities to facilitate in the career-related decision-making of potential trainees. There are strategic partnerships in place to provide job placement opportunities for residents of the city of Baytown, Houston and surrounding areas.
It is the goal of MD4U to increase the local number of certified professionals by offering a diverse range of NCCER Craft Certifications and various other vocational trainings to meet the current demands of the job market in South-East Texas.
This organization will also collaborate with community resources in order to help provide financial support for selected vocational trainings being offered. MD4U strives to not only prepare trainees with quality training services, but also empower future leaders with a comprehensive educational preface to the industrial sector.
