Registration/Cancellation Policy
Registrations completed five (5) business days or less prior to the class date will be charged an additional 5% of the tuition cost ($120) as a late fee.

Cancellations received 15 business days or more prior to the class date are eligible for a refund, minus a $200 processing fee, or a credit letter to use toward the next offering will be emailed post program –good for up to 12 months, minus the $200 processing fee.

Cancellations received less than 15 business days prior to the class date will only include substitution of personnel – no refunds. No refunds will be allowed for cancellations received the day of class or for no-shows. Because of the costs associated with preparing for the course, there are no exceptions to the cancellation policy. Please make sure you are able to attend this class prior to registering.

Delaware Valley Safety Council reserves the right to cancel any class if there are insufficient registrations.
